FMCSA – Compliance Check
FMCSA – Compliance Check
What is a FMCSA Compliance Check?
An FMCSA audit checklist requires the verification of company’s compliance in regards to the organization’s MCS-150 Biennial update, UCR Filing (Unified Carrier Registration), BOC-3 (Processing Agent) and Insurance status. Upon request, agents will provide an emailed report with the status of the company’s compliance, and when/if additional filings need to be completed. If such filings are deemed necessary, a link to the appropriate forms will be included in the emailed report.
Why do I need to do USDOT Compliance Check?
FMCSA mandates that all companies with an active USDOT number be fully in compliance or may be placed out of order (inactive) until in compliance. Lot of companies are not aware of outdated or missed filings which cause the company to be placed out of compliance/inactive.
